Return Policy

Patti Rose will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not process exchanges of any kind. If you need an exchange, please return your unused items and repurchase them in the right color or size.

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, sale items, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Initiate your return here and we will send you further instructions. 
  • Please allow Patti Rose Boutique 7 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Patti Rose will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done, and issue any refunds as needed.

2. All items returned must be new, in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

3. Send return back within 7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not have a process for exchanges. If you wish to replace purchased items with a different color or size, please return your unused items and repurchase the correct product variant. 

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing information—we have it for every item listed in our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at maija@patti-rose.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
